Room and venue selection gets easier with new connect2 booking software capabilities
Developments in connect2 room booking software saves time for both council staff and visitors, due to new booking and digital display capabilities.
The booking solution allows users to search for suitable rooms or venues by the required date and capacity, before offering a visual comparison of facilities available at the time required. This ensures that users are always able to see the range of resources available, and choose the right room or other facility to match their needs. Search filters, resource descriptions and images also help users to easily identify a particular room that they may wish to book within their organisation.
Digital signage that automatically displays all meeting information and host details for that day, with room locations, can be displayed in reception or other communal areas, to allow visitors, staff arriving from other sites, and any other attendees to know where to go for their meeting or appointment.
These latest enhancements to the connect2 online booking system allow for smoother operations in the allocation and use of council resources.
