technical support team leader

My role: I support our existing customers via the Technical Support Desk as well as carrying out installations, upgrades and training.

About me: I spend most of my spare time restoring minis. I also enjoy listening to music, going to gigs and occasionally playing bass guitar.  I also love hiking and skiing.
