My role: I support our existing customers via the Technical Support Desk as well as carrying out installations, upgrades and training.

About me: My main hobby is Airsoft, a team-based outdoors activity similar to Paintball, for which I help run a UK focussed online forum. I also spend my time supporting the Leukaemia Research Fund, Mountain Biking, repairing computers and I'm also an avid reader of Michael Crichton novels.
