lorensbergs ltd, the UK’s leading e-booking solutions company, is delighted to announce that on Wednesday 19^th January 2011 it was acquired by mps public solutions ltd Germany. The acquisition is great news for the software company as it will enhance and complement the company’s market leading e-booking solutions.
