netloan version 5.0 officially released
It’s been our biggest and most challenging project yet, and now lorensbergs are proud to announce that netloan version 5.0. has officially been released.
Features for this new version include:
- a new wizard for making bookings
- a re-organisation of the menus
- enhanced search functionality
- improved compatibility with mobile devices
- new confirmation, error and validation messages
... and much much more!
Many of the new features in V5 will increase the usability for people with accessibility requirements, for example; the ability to change text size on all pages, navigation of the entire website though the tab function for those unable to use a mouse, site map available to all users and a zoom feature within the reservation grid.
These new enhancement have contributed to the netloan V5 website gaining two accessibility accreditations, the RNIB's SurfRight and AbilityNet's UseAbility, currently the only system of its type to carry these accreditations. The netloan V5 website also complies with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines AA standard.
