Clear options and prices

With netloan print management, users follow a familiar printing workflow. They stay in control and informed on what they are printing and the total print cost, with options including black and white or colour printing, and print quantity. There is opportunity to preview and clear signposting on how to pay for and collect their jobs, keeping print queries to an absolute minimum.

Streamlined admin

The print management functionality in netloan is fully integrated into its web-based admin interface. This gives staff the freedom to release print jobs and assist customers from any PC or device.

Printer administration is rationalised for easy maintenance and simple price list updating. Functionalities include the ability to redirect print jobs, change which printers can be seen from each PC, and reprinting of documents.

Self-service payments

Self-service print payments for both desktop and wireless print jobs are made possible with netloan integration on bibliotheca RFID kiosk units.

Virtual print driver

The netloan virtual print driver is Lorensbergs’ innovative approach to better print administration. Virtual print increases compatibility between print jobs and printers, for greater reliability and so removing potential headaches from print administration.

Wireless availability

Printing wirelessly in the library is made possible with the netloan Wi-Fi print module. Users can print from any mobile device or laptop, with staff following the same netloan print release process as PC printing. Netloan Wi-Fi print is an exciting new service to offer your users.
